Our Story
Our Mission is to Provide a World‑class Training
Our founder, Awaiss Mirza, spent over 3 decades working in sales and sales training across several different industries.
One thing became obvious, all sales teams want to improve, all sales managers want to overachieve on their targets and all businesses want to increase profitability and deliver a great return on investment for their shareholders. Training is one of the levers used to try and achieve this, but rarely does it work effectively. This is nothing to do with the quality of the training or the ability of the trainers, but more to do with understanding people and how to motivate salespeople to change their current behaviours.
